My brand CryoLom.
In the beginning of 2022, I created the brand CryoLom. CryoLom is a women-ran local business that sells the ideal non-squeaking ice roller for anyone and everyone. With a unique durable travel bag unlike other rollers, the CryoLom ice roller is perfect for those who love natural aesthetics and luxury skincare.
From contacting suppliers to concepting the brand and product design, I brought this product to the Amazon stores in six months.

Being a teacher at the Bunny Hive.
Since the start of 2024, I have had the pleasure of working at a social club designed for families with little ones. The Bunny Hive is my favorite weekend activity. Getting to support the growth of a small business in my community is very special to me.

Five Guys Refreshingly Real Campaign
The objective was to create a haven of simplicity in a overcomplicated world with the launch of a new brand platform.
While acting as a strategic partner for our internal teams, I supported the strategy director to execute the new brand strategy by leading thought leadership and paid social tactical briefs that focused on large orders, online orders, store visits, sports, app downloads, and specific Canada stores.
Continuing to lead various tactical efforts, I also created the video and audio brief that brought the north star to its biggest execution yet... their first video campaign!

After the launch strategy was developed, I wrote multiple tactical briefs that focused on the assets that needed to be made for the Day 1 launch of the new brand, CG United. The goal was to introduce CG United by showing the strengths of CG and Massy United. This launch primarily included a website landing page, paid/organic social, print, display ads and emails to various stakeholders.
While acting as a strategic partner for clients and our internal teams, I supported the account leads with client communications and coordinated multiple teams, such as creative, studio, media, and project management.

Once most of the 21 markets fully switched from Massy United to CG United, I wrote the conceptual and tactical briefs to continue spreading awareness of CG United and its services.
This campaign took place after the launch to start building the new brand. The overarching CG brand was still unknown to many of the new markets. So, the goal was to introduce CG and excite the audience about the merger. After the team landed on a creative concept, they made tactical assets such as radio, paid/organic social, and in-store signage.

Managing the Chaos Campaign
While acting as the account management support, I worked through creative account approvals, client feedback, and coordinated with media to launch the campaign.
In this hybrid position, I took the lead on writing the tactical briefs for the campaign. It involved separately briefing creative on the messages for awareness and consideration. The goal was to showcase how CG Atlantic has insurance for every need. The campaign included OOH, print, in-store signage, paid social, and radio.

MAIP - IZZE
My team had to build a mock campaign in 12 days. This showed how strategy could bridge the connection and unveil truths of consumers. We were briefed by adam&eveDDB.
My role was to research the category’s Gen Z consumers, build the creative brief, and construct the story of our data, insights, strategy, and big idea. We heavily collaborated with the creative team considering the quick turnaround. The objective was to squarely contextualize IZZE as a sparkling juice and deliver on a clear hierarchy of relevant product attributes by driving awareness and incentivizing trial among Gen Z with consistent brand positioning. The creative included TV, social media, in-store promotions, and brand activations.

MAIP - Jollibee

The objective was to launch Jollibee chicken wings in a way that sparks trial and drives sales among the North American audience while staying true to the brand’s roots and core audience. The creative included OOH, TV, social media, influencers, in-store promotions, and launch activations.
